6/13/09, 4:31 PM: So that's how it is.
I had to go for tuition this week and I took a route that passed through Orchard Road, so on my way back I got lost took my time around Orchard to take a couple of photos. Ion looks like another artsy building, reminds me of the Esplanade, in that in most angles that I tried to photograph the not-yet-complete building resulted in decent compositions.
ION. I entitled the picture on Flickr: ION top of Orchard MRT.
Because I remember where Orchard MRT is that way. And I probably only into Orchard MRT using one entrance. And when I get out of the station using another exit, I usually end up being very confused and lost. I don't know why they name exits "A" or "B" or any other letter. Doesn't really help me much.
I don't know why my Dad still put these up, we aren't even going to church or anything anymore.

It's like, if you believe it's there, it's there. Like ghosts. Except these are the good ghosts. Like Guardian naked-baby angels. Okay well actually I took these to accompany the first picture to make it look like I have been real busy taking pictures.

I should be doing my homework.

Loool. On Wednesday Quinn took me all round the City to get nice photos. So in the end, I was real busy with my cambera! I still remember that day the phrase most said was, "Ahaha. No lah lets walk. See the it's getting bigger already." Because Quinn would ask to take public transport. And I would reply as I did. So we ended up walking for about I don't know, 4 - 8 km?
Pretty neat sunrise huh... Quinn woke up at five, reached the destination at 6 and waited for another hour for a shot similar to this.
Yeah it was fun.

Later we went to Kallang stadium and found it to be closed to outsiders without passes. So we went and explored a little around the stadium and found a big entrance into the stadium. We almost got in when a security guard came along on a bike holding a very menacing stun baton in one hand ready to zap the shit out of us. When he left Quinn told me that even if he hit us with the stun baton nothing would happen. We're already spasming with exhaustion to begin with. Okay not so funny when I say it. You know there's that in-situ funniness of things.

And then there was this lady who laughed at quinn's name. LOL. I mean Quinn is a very unique name. Stupid lady.

Oh and yesterday's band performance? I don't think we're ever going back to VCH. They don't allow photographers to move around to take pictures! I mean, it's understandable that they don't allow flash photography, but WTH photographers can't move around?! And they made the school freakin' pay (thankfully not me) 150 freakin' dollars to allow photography in the hall! It's not their event, what gives them the right to tell us whether or not photographers can move around to take photos! It's almost a private event lah! The whole time before the intermission I was hiding the photographers' booth playing with my handphone. Stupid VCH. No more VCH please. It's got nothing to do with Victoria School even though it has "Victoria" in it. Morons.

I wonder which other theater allows photographers to move around.
